By availing any service from Sai Digital Seva, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies mentioned here.
2. Service Usage
All services are processed based on the information and documents provided by the customer.
Customers must ensure accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents.
Sai Digital Seva is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information.
3. Government & Third-Party Portals
Many services depend on government portals (UIDAI, PM-KISAN, MoSarkar, CSC, Banking systems, etc.).
Portal downtime, server issues, or government-level delays are beyond our control.
4. Charges & Fees
Service charges once paid are non-refundable (except in rare eligible cases mentioned in the refund policy).
Charges vary based on service type and government portal fees.
5. Customer Conduct
Customers must cooperate and provide required documents on time.
Misbehavior or misuse of services may lead to denial of service.
6. Data Privacy
Customer data is handled with strict confidentiality as per our privacy policy.
We do not share or sell personal information to anyone.
7. Liability
Sai Digital Seva is not responsible for any losses caused due to mistakes in customer-provided data, government server issues, or third-party delays.
📘 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy — Sai Digital Seva
1. No Refund After Service Submission
Once a service is processed, submitted, or initiated on a government portal, refund is not possible, as portals do not allow cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility (Rare Cases)
Refund is only possible if:
Payment was deducted twice for the same service
The service was not started due to technical reasons
There is a proven mistake from Sai Digital Seva’s side
3. Non-Refundable Items
Government portal fees, Service charges, Convenience charges, Printing, photocopy, lamination,
or document preparation charges
4. Cancellation Conditions
A service can be cancelled only if:
It has not been submitted to the government portal
No document upload or verification has started
No backend processing has begun
5. Processing Time
Approved refund requests may take 3–7 working days.

1. No Guarantee of Government Approval
Sai Digital Seva submits applications on behalf of customers, but:
Approval of services depends solely on the respective government department, not on Sai Digital Seva.
2. Accuracy of Customer Data
We fill forms based on information provided by the customer.
Sai Digital Seva is not responsible for:
Rejection due to wrong details
Missing documents
Incorrect data given by the customer
3. Third-Party Dependencies
We rely on:
Government portals
Banking systems
Online verification servers
Any downtime, delay, or rejection from these platforms is not under our control.
4. No Legal Responsibility
Sai Digital Seva is a service facilitation center, not a government office.
We are not legally liable for decisions taken by government departments.
